Fried pork with garlic


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • olive or vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste

Preparation


Finely cut the garlic.

Rub the pork with salt, pepper, garlic and spices. Bake in the oven at 400F until ready. To check the readiness of meat, you need to punch it. If a clear juice comes out of it, then the meat is cooked.
