Meat with potatoes under mayonnaise


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork or beef
  • potatoes
  • 4-5 onions
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste

Preparation


Cut the meat into small pieces and hammer them.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Place the potatoes on the pan, add salt, pepper and spices.

Place the onion on the potatoes.

Place meat on the onion. Add salt and pepper.

Place the leftover potatoes on the meat. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste.

Grease the potatoes with mayonnaise and bake in the oven at 400F until ready.
