Stuffed tomatoes
Recipe Ingredients
- 6 medium tomatoes
- 10.5 oz ground meat
- 10.5 oz mushrooms
- 1 onion
- salt
- pepper
- 3.5 oz cheese
Decoration:
- Green peas
- Greens (parsley, fennel, etc.)
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Wash the mushrooms. Clean and cut them into small pieces.
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it is a golden color.
Then add mushrooms and fry from both sides.
Then add ground meat, salt, pepper and fry until ready.
Wash the tomatoes. Cut the top off and remove the pulp with a teaspoon.
Stuff the tomatoes with ground meat.
Grate the cheese on a small grater.
Sprinkle tomatoes with cheese. Decorate with green peas and greens.
