Cabbage & Pork Stir Fry
Recipe Ingredients
- 3.5 lb cabbage
- 2 lb pork (boneless)
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
Preparation
Cut the onion into half rings.
Finely cut the cabbage.
Cut the pork into small pieces.
Cut tomatoes into slices.
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it is a golden color.
Then add meat and fry well.
Then add tomatoes and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Then add cabbage and simmer until ready.
