Marmalade pie
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 7 oz margarine
- 10.5 oz marmalade
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ½ cup flour
Preparation
Cut marmalade into small pieces.
Cream margarine with sugar and vanilla
Add marmalade and mix well.
Then add sour cream and mix.
Then add baking powder and flour and mix the dough, so it is not tight. Cover the pan with baking paper or grease with butter. Place the dough on the pan and even it out.
Bake at 325F until it is a golden color. Cut the cooked pie into diamonds.
