Potato cheese bake
Recipe Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Cheese (preferrably Parmesan)
- Dressing to taste (preferrably dried or fresh greens (parsley, fennel, etc.))
- Salt
- Olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and slice. Place it on the pan greased with butter.
Add salt and spices.
Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 325F until ready.
