Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lb cookies (Strawberry) Use your favorite cookie for a change
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 7 oz butter
  • 5 teaspoons of cacao
  • 3-4 tablespoons wine

Preparation


Run the cookies through a meat grinder or mince in the food processor.

Combine the condensed milk with butter.

Add cacao and wine.

Then add cookies and mix everything well.

Form pastries in a shape of a potato from the resulted mix. You can create sprouts. To do that, cream 1 tablespoon of butter with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Use a pastry tube to create sprouts. Place the pastries in the fridge for 5-6 hours.
