Salmon Filets
Recipe Ingredients
- 2-4 ½ lb salmon
- 2 carrots
- 3 onions
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
- vegetable and olive oil for frying
Preparation
Wash and clean the fish. Cut it into pieces.
Add salt, pepper and spices to the pieces of fish and leave marinated for 20-30 minutes (you can do it longer).
Grate carrots on a medium grater.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Sauté the onion in oil until it is a golden color.
Then add carrots and fry well. Remove the onion and carrots and use the oil to fry the fish.
Beat the eggs and dip pieces of fish in them.
Then roll them in breadcrumbs.
Fry the fish until ready. Place the onion and carrots on the cooked fish.
