Smoked mackerel salad


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 smoked mackerel
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can of green peas
  • 2 medium apples (preferrably sour)
  • green onion
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Clean the mackerel. Remove bones and cut into small pieces.

Grate the eggs on a medium grater.

Cut the apples into strips and grate on a large grater.

Finely cut the green onion.

Combine the mackerel, eggs, apples, peas, onion. Mix well.

Add mayonnaise.
