Fried Flounder


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 – 4 ½ lb flounder
  • 6-7 onions
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • breadcrumbs
  • spices to taste
  • frying oil
  • green onion

Preparation


Clean the fish, rub it with salt and spices and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil. When the onion is fried until it is a golden color, add 1 cup of boiled water, tomato paste and bring to a boil. Boil for 5-10 minutes and then pour the sauce into the sauce dish.

Roll the fish in breadcrumbs.

Fry in oil until ready. Pour the cooked fish with sauce. Sprinkle with greens and serve.
