Beet salad with dried plums
Recipe Ingredients
- 2 lb beet
- 10.5 oz dried plums
- 7 oz walnuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Boil the beet until ready. Wash the dried plums and place in to hot water and leave for 30 minutes.
Then finely cut the dried plums.
Mince the nuts.
Grate the beet on a large grater.
Add the garlic squeezed through the garlic press to the beet.
Then add the dried plums.
Add nuts (save a few nut for decoration) and mix well.
Add mayonnaise.
