Blackberry Cheesecake


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 yolk
  • 5.5 oz sugar
  • 5.5 oz butter
  • 0.05 oz vanilla

Filling:

  • 24 Ricottta cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup corn sugar
  • 5.5 oz starch
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 packet of jellatin

Preparation


Cream sugar with butter and yolk.

Add vanilla and flour and mix the dough.

Roll the dough into a ball. Wrap with plastic and place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Prepare the filling. To do that, beat the eggs with sugar.

Add curd and starch. Beat for about 5 minutes.

Add milk and beat for 3-4 minutes.

Wash the blackberry and let the water drain. Place in the blender, add jelly and beat until you have a puree (you can beat it with a mixer).

Place the dough in the mold and create borders.

Place the curd mix on the dough.

Place blackberry on the curd mix and create a pattern using a fork. Bake the pie in the oven at 325F for an hour.
