Fried eggs with mushrooms
Recipe Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 7 oz mushrooms
- 1 onion
- greens (parsley, fennel, etc.)
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Place eggs in the mold greased with butter. Add salt and pepper. Place in the oven an bake until ready.
Cut the onion into strips.
Cut mushrooms into pieces.
Sauté the onion in oil until it is a golden color.
Then add mushrooms, salt and pepper and fry until ready. Place the eggs on a plate and place mushrooms around them.
