Salmon Rolls (ham works just as well)


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lahvash breads (Armenian flat bread, your favorite flat bread will do)
  • 7-10.5 oz salmon (lightly salted)
  • 10.5 oz ham
  • 7-10.5 oz cream cheese
  • greens (parsley, fennel, fresh spinach,etc.)Use your favorite or any como thereof.

Preparation


Cut the salmon into thin slices.

Spread a thin layer on the lavash.

Place the salmon slices on it.

Sprinkle with greens.

Roll the lavash with salmon into a roll and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Then take it out and cut into pieces.

Create the same rolls with ham.
