Cauliflower fried in breadcrumbs


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 medium sized cauliflours
  • 2 eggs
  • 3.5 oz breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dried greens (parsley, fennel, basil)
  • vegetable oil
  • salt

Preparation


Cut every cauliflower into two parts and place them in a salty water. Boil for 5-6 minutes.

Beat the eggs.

Combine the breadcrumbs and greens.

Cool the cooked cauliflowers and cut them into florets

Then dip the florets in eggs.

Then roll them in breadcrumbs.

Fry the cauliflowers in vegetable oil until they are a golden color.
