Fish stewed in foil


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • Fresh fish (pike perch, navaga, mackerel, etc.)
  • 3 onions
  • 2 limes or lemons
  • spices for fish
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Cut the onion into half onions.

Clean the fish and cut it into pieces. Place it in the dish. Add onion, spices, salt, and pepper. Squeeze the juice out of lemons and limes and pour it over the fish. Mix everything well and leave it marinated for 3-4 hours.

Place a little bit of onion on the foil (so, the fish would not stick to the foil). Place pieces of fish on the onion and place a little bit more of onion. Wrap the foil and place on the pan. Bake in the oven at 325-350F for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle the cooked fish with greens.
