Berry pie with streusel


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3-3.5 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ oz dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8.5 oz milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 oz margarine
  • 17.5 oz any berry (dewberry, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry and etc.)
  • Streusel
  • 1.5-2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 5 oz margarine

Preparation


Combine flour, cinnamon, sugar, yeast and vanilla.

Add eggs, warm milk, margarine and mix the dough. Cover the dough and place in a warm place for 1 hour.

To prepare streusel, combine flour, vanilla and sugar.

Add margarine and mix everything well until crumbs appear. If there is no crumb, add more flour.

Grease the pan with butter and cover it with baking paper. Place the dough and even it out.

Place the berries on the dough. If you use sour berry, blackberry, for example, you can sprinkle it with sugar.

Place the streusel on the berries. Bake in the oven at 350F for 40-50 minutes.
