Chicken, stuffed with liver and rice
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 chicken (approximately 3.3 lb)
- 9 oz chicken liver
- ½ steamed rice
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 garlic cloves
- vegetable oil
- dressing to taste
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely cut the onion.
Cut the liver into small pieces.
Grate the carrot on a medium grater.
Sauté the onion and carrot in oil.
Add liver and fry slightly.
Then add rice. Add salt, pepper, and spices to taste. Mix well and remove from the heat.
Stuff the chicken with liver and rice.
Sew it up well.
Squeeze the garlic through the garlic press.
Rub the chicken with garlic and place in the oven. Bake at 325-350F for an hour.
