Brussels sprout, baked with ham
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz Brussels sprout
- 10.5 oz ham
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Place the sprout in a boiling salty water and boil for 10 minutes.
Cut the ham into strips.
Grate the carrot on a medium grater.
Beat the eggs and add salt.
Place the sprout in the baking pan.
Place the carrot on the sprout.
Place the ham on top and add the beaten eggs. Place in the oven and bake at 350F until the eggs are ready.
