Chocolate Cookies
Recipe Ingredients
- 5.5 oz sugar
- 7.0 oz margarine
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoons cacao
- 2 cups flour
- 3.5 oz chocolate
Preparation
Cream margarine with sugar and vanilla
Add an egg, cacao and mix well.
Then add flour and mix the dough.
Roll the dough and cut out different patterns.
Cover the pan with baking paper and grease with butter. Place the patterns and bake in the oven at 350F for 20 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the water bath. Using a pastry tube, decorate the baked cookies with chocolate.
