Friendship cake
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup kefir
- 1 cup of jam (any)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 ½ - 3 ½ cup flour
Preparation
Add soda to the kefir.
Then add eggs, jam and mix everything well.
Then add flour (if you use liquid jam, add more flour, if thick – add less) and mix the dough. Its consistency should be thicker than dough for pancakes. Grease the pan with butter, place the dough and bake in the oven at 325-350F for an hour. Check the readiness with a match. While cooking, don’t slam the oven doors, otherwise the cake will lower. Sprinkle the cooked cake with sugar powder.
