Home style chicken kebabs, marinated in vinegar
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz chicken filet
- 3 tablespoons 6% vinegar
- marinated onion (sold ready) or 1 usual onion
- 2 tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
Preparation
Cut the filet into small pieces.
Add 3 tablespoons of dissolved in water vinegar to the filet. Add salt, pepper, and spices (if you use a regular onion, then you need to cut and add it to the filet). Mix everything well. Cover with plastic and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Then thread the skewers with filet, onions and cut tomatoes in alternating order.
Slightly grease the pan with butter, place the skewers and cook in the oven at 350F for 40 minutes.
