Fish stew under mayonnaise


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lb of fish filet
  • 9 oz of mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste

Preparation


Cut the fish filet into pieces. Add salt, pepper, spices to taste. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and add it to the fish. Mix everything well. Then place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Squeeze the garlic through the garlic press and combine with mayonnaise.

Grease the pan a little bit with mayonnaise and garlic.

Place the fish.

Grease the fish with the leftover mayonnaise. Bake in the oven at 350F for 40-50 minutes.
