Semolina pudding


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 5.5 oz semolina
  • 2 oz sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 17 oz milk
  • 3.5 oz candied fruit or raisins

Preparation


Place milk on a stove and bring to a boil. Then add half of the sugar and add the semolina while constantly stirring. Boil until thickening and then slightly cool.

Separate the egg whites from yolks. Beat the whites well (in order for whites to beat better, add a pinch of salt.)

Cream the yolks with the leftover sugar.

Finely cut the cuccades.

Add the yolks and cuccades to the Semolina mix and mix everything well.

Then add whites and beat the mix with a mixer.

Grease the mold with butter and place the resulted mix there. Bake in the oven at 350F until the crust is gold. Pour syrup or jam on the cooked pudding.
