Crunchy salad

Recipe Ingredients

  • Loaf of white bread
  • 5.5 oz boiled chicken filet
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 5.5 oz cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 table spoon of 6% vinegar
  • salt

Preparation


Cut the crust from the loaf. Cut the soft insides into cubes.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Break the chicken filet into fibers.

Thinly cut the onion into rings.

Cut the cucumbers into strips.

Create the dressing. To do that, combine the olive or vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and garlic squeezed through the garlic press.

Tear the salad by hand into small pieces.

Add cucumbers, onion, filet, dressing and croutons. I recommend adding croutons before serving, so they will stay crunchy.

Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese.
