Chicken stew with pineapples

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 17.5 oz canned pineapples
  • 3 onions
  • salt

Preparation


Wash the chicken, cut it into pieces and fry until it is a golden color. Then add soy sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Add onion to the chicken, add pineapple juice, add salt to taste and simmer until ready.

Then add pieces of pineapple and simmer for another 10 minutes while covered.
