Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz chicken filet
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
- marinated onion or 1 large onion
- olives
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
Preparation
Cut the filet into small pieces.
Combine ketchup, mayonnaise and pour this sauce onto the filet. Add pepper, salt and spices to taste. Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Thread the skewers with filet, onions and olives in alternating order.
Place the skews on a pan and cook in the oven at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
