Pumpkin juice
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz pumpkin (cleaned)
- 3.5 oz sugar
- 1 lemon
Preparation
Grate pumpkin on a small grater.
Boil sugar in 34 oz (1 liter) of water.
Place the pumpkin into the water with sugar. Bring to a boil and cool. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and add it to the pumpkin. Beat the mix in the blender (or mixer).
