Baked pumpkin
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz pumpkin (cleaned)
- 5.5 oz sugar
- 16.9 oz water
Preparation
Cut the pumpkin into pieces that are approximately 2 by 1.4”
Bring water to boil with sugar, place the pumpkin in and boil for 5 minutes.
Then take out the pumpkin pieces from the water and place in the baking mold. Bake in the oven at 350-400F until it has gold crust. Sprinkle the finished pumpkin with sugar powder.
