Chicken stew with rice and vegetables


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 Bulgarian peppers
  • 3 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup rice
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Cut the onion into half rings and fry in oil.

Wash the chicken, cut into pieces and add to onion. Fry the both sides.

Cut tomatoes into small pieces.

Clean the pepper and cut into strips.

Finely chop the garlic.

Add tomatoes, pepper and garlic to the chicken. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Then add rice and cover with boiled water, so it would cover rice by 0.6-0.8”. Simmer until the rice is ready.
