Fried sweet pepper with corn


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2-3 of sweet Bulgarian pepper
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup of broth
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Finely cut the onion.

Grate the carrot on a medium grater.

Clean the pepper and cut into cubes.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it is a golden color.

Add the carrot and fry slightly.

Then add pepper and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Then add corn, pour in the broth, add a little bit of salt and pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
