Fried Spaghetti with ground meat


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 14 oz spaghetti
  • 10.5-14 oz ground meat
  • 3 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 currot
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste

Preparation


Boil spaghetti until ready and place into a strainer and wash under cold water.

Finely crush the onion.

Grate the carrot on a medium grater.

Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Sauté the onion in oil until it is a golden color.

Add carrots and fry slightly.

Then add tomatoes and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Then add the ground meat, add salt, pepper, spices and fry until ready.

When the ground meat is ready, add spaghetti to it and mix well.
