Snowflake cupcake
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon
- 3.5 oz starch
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup flour
Preparation
Combine the egg, condensed milk, and lemon juice.
Add starch, baking powder, flour and mix the dough.
Pour the dough into molds greased with butter. Cook in the oven at 325-350F for 1 ½ hours. If the top of the cupcake starts burning, cover with foil. In order to check the cupcake’s readiness, puncture it with a match: if the match is dry, the cupcake is ready. The finished cake can be sprinkled with sugar powder.
