Nezhenka pastry


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz cookies (strawberry, Hello, Tea)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3.5 oz butter
  • 5.5 oz sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation


Run the cookies though the meat grinder and finely crush.

Beat the eggs well.

Add eggs to the milk.

Place the mix into the water bath and bring to a boil.

Remove the mix from the stove and let it cool down.

Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla.

Add butter to the egg and milk mix.

Add cookies; mix well.

Place the mix on a plate and put in the freezer for 5-7 hours. Decorate the finished pastry to taste and cut into pieces.
