Fried potatoes with onion and carrots


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lb of potatoes
  • 2-3 onions
  • 2-3 carrots
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Peel the potatoes and cover with cold water. Add salt and boil until ready.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Grate the carrot an a large grater.

Sauté the onion in oil until it is a golden color.

Add carrots and fry for 5-7 minutes. Cut the boiled potato into 4 parts, add to the onion and carrots and fry well.
