Chicken stew with mushrooms and sour cream


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 10.5 fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Boil the mushrooms in salty water until ready. Then cut them into sections.

Cut the chicken into pieces and fry it in oil until it is a golden color. Then add 1 cup of boiled water, add salt and pepper, and simmer the chicken until ready.

Then add sour cream, mushrooms and simmer the chicken for another 10-15 minutes.
