Sandwiches with chicken liver paste
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz chicken liver
- 2 onions
- 3.5 oz butter
- sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
- bread
Preparation
Finely crush the onion.
Fry it in butter.
When onion becomes golden, add liver, salt, pepper. Add spices and fry until ready.
When liver cools down, run it through the meat grinder, add sour cream and mix well.
Fry the bread until it has a golden crust. Spread the paste on the bread. Sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
