Meat pie
Recipe Ingredients
Dough:
- 9 oz mayonnaise
- 9 oz sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 cups of flour
- salt
Filling:
- meat
- potato
- onion
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Prepare the filling. Finely cut the potato, meat, onion and combine together. Add salt and pepper.
Prepare the dough. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and eggs. Add salt to taste.
Add baking powder, flour and mix the dough, so that it is not thick.
Place half of the dough into the mold (I have a mold that is 10.2” in diameter) and create borders.
Place the filling on the dough.
Place the remaining dough on top and even it out. Cook in the oven at 350F for an hour. If the top of the cake starts burning, cover it with a foil.
