Turtle salad

Recipe Ingredients

  • 5.5 oz boiled chicken filet
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion
  • 3.5 oz cheese
  • walnuts
  • salt
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Finely cut the chicken filet.

Separate whites from yolks. Grate the whites and yolks on a small grater.

Mince the onion. Pour boiling water over it and leave for 10 minutes to get rid of bitterness.

Grate the cheese on a small grater.

Crush the walnuts. Leave several nuts uncrushed.

Grate the apple.

Place egg whites on the plate in the shape of an oval, add a little bit of salt and spread with mayonnaise.

Place whites on the filet, make it even and spread with mayonnaise.

Place onion on filet.

Place the apple on the onion and spread with mayonnaise.

Save a tablespoon of grated cheese and place the rest of the cheese on the apple and spread with mayonnaise

Place yolks on the cheese and spread with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the nuts. Create legs out of whole nuts and create the turtle’s head of the cheese.
