Recipe Ingredients

  • beet
  • carrot
  • potato
  • cabbage
  • pork filet
  • pomegranate
  • greens (parsley, fennel, etc.)
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Cut the meat into strips, add salt and fry in oil until ready.

Cut the potato into strips, fry in oil until ready and add a little bit of salt.

Grate fresh beet and carrot.

Finely chop the cabbage.

Clean the pomegranate and separate the seeds.

Finely cut the greens.

Cut the cooked potato into cubes.

Cut the meat into cubes also. Place beet, carrot, greens, meat, cabbage and potatoes on the plate in a circle. Put pomegranate seeds in the center. When the dish is already on the table, add mayonnaise and combine.
