Cannelloni with bacon under tomato sauce

Recipe Ingredients

  • 5.5-6.5 oz cannelloni
  • 10.5 oz bacon
  • 2 lb tomatoes
  • 10.5 oz cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Prepare the filling. Cut the bacon into small cubes.

Finely cut 2-3 tomatoes.

Fry the bacon until it is a golden color.

Add tomatoes, add a little bit of salt and pepper, and simmer until all the liquid evaporates.

Prepare the sauce. Finely cut the leftover tomatoes.

Finely chop the garlic.

Simmer tomatoes with garlic for about 5 minutes, add salt and pepper.

Stuff the cannelloni with bacon.

Place on the pan.

Pour the sauce. Cook in the oven at 350 F for 20 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a large grater.

Remove cannelloni from the oven in 20 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
