Cabbage stewed with ground meat and oranges.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2.2-3.3 lb of cabbage
  • 17.5 oz of ground meat
  • 2 oranges
  • 2-3 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Finely cut onion and garlic.

Chop the cabbage.

Remove the peel from the orange.

Peel oranges and clean the sections from membranes and cut them into small pieces.

Fry onion and garlic in oil until they reach gold color.

Add ground meat, salt and pepper and fry well.

Add the peel and fry for 5 minutes.

Then add cabbage, oranges and simmer until ready.
