Pasta with meatballs
Recipe Ingredients
- 14 oz pasta
- 17.5 oz ground meat
- 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Add an egg, breadcrumbs, salt pepper to the ground meat and mix well.
Form meatballs.
Finely chop the onion.
Grate the carrot on a medium grater.
Sauté the onion in oil until it is a golden color.
Add carrots and fry well.
Then add meatballs and fry until ready.
Boil the pasta until ready, add to meatballs, mix, slightly fry and serve.
