Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz calamari
  • 8.5 oz crab sticks
  • 3.5 oz red caviar
  • 4 eggs
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Clean the calamari, cover with water, bring it to a boil and boil for exactly 3 minutes.

Finely cut the crab sticks.

Boil the eggs and separate whites from yolks. You won’t need the yolks. Grate the egg whites.

Finely cut the calamari into strips.

Combine the crab sticks, egg whites, and calamari.

Add caviar (leave a little bit of caviar for decorations) and carefully mix.

Add mayonnaise. Put the salad on the salad plate and decorate with caviar. Also, put a quail egg in the middle of the salad plate. It will symbolize a pearl.
