Fried Beef with cranberry
Recipe Ingredients
- 2 lb beef (filet or meat on the bone)
- 1 cup cranberry
- salt
- pepper
- any spices to add taste
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Rub the meat with spices.
Fry both sides of meat pieces in vegetable oil.
Add cranberry and fry the meat until ready. When the meat is almost ready, add salt to taste.
