Chicken wings fried with ginger
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz chicken wings
- 5.5 oz ginger
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Grate the ginger on a small grater.
Finely chop the garlic.
Add ginger and garlic to the wings, add salt and pepper and mix well. Fry in vegetable oil until ready.
