Easy Stuffed Pork Chops

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 Pagkage three thick, cut center cut pork chops.
  • 1 cup grated cheese (Iprefer mozzarella)
  • 1 package favorite stuffing (I prefer pork flavored stove top)

Preparation


Em, em, just add your favorite side dishes and this is one quick and delicious meal.

Use a very sharp knife and cut smal slice into the chop approximately 2 inches long a 1 inch deep.

Then turn the knife around a cut a pocket into the chop from one end to the other.

Come out at the end of the original slice you put into the chop. This makes a nice pocket from one end to the other and perfect for stuffing.

Mix one cup of mozzarella cheese into the prepared stuffing mixture and mix them together.

Stuff as much as you can into each chop making sure you press it into the ends of the pocket.

Brush with your favorite oil, I use garlic oil.

Place the extra stuffing mixture into a pan and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig. Cover with tin foil and bake with the chops.

Bake the chops approximatel 30 min at 350 degrees.
