Cashew Kishmis Chicken Curry

Recipe Ingredients
- 1 kg - Bone or Boneless,
- 3 - Onions,
- 2 - Tomatoes,
- 1 - Pod garlic,
- 1 - Piece ginger (about 3 inches),
- 8 - Kashmiri Chillies,
- 1 tbsp - Cummin seed,
- 10 gms - Kishmis,
- 10 gms - Cashew,
- 3 tbsp - Vinegar,
- 3 tbsp - normal cooking oil,
- 1 tsp - Salt.
Preparation
Wash the chicken pieces and keep aside.
Grind ginger, garlic, cummin seeds, cashew, kishmis and the kashmiri chillies into smooth paste.
Chop the onions and tomatoes and keep aside.
Take 3tbsp of oil in a non-stick vessel add the onion and fry till golden brown.
Add the tomatoes and cook till soft.
Add the chicken pieces and the ground paste to the non-stick vessel when the onions are golden brown.
Add salt, vinegar and 1 cup of water.
Cover the vessel and cook the chicken till its tender ( Check occasionally ).
Your Chicken is then ready to eat :-)
