Minced Meat Bread Rolls.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 - Packet Sandwich Bread,
  • 1/2 kg - Mince Meat,
  • 3 - Onions,
  • 3 - Green Chillies,
  • 1 piece - Ginger,
  • 5 flakes - Garlic,
  • 2 - Tomatoes,
  • 500 ml - Frying oil,
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder,
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation


Wash the mined meat , add salt and cook the minced meat in a non-stick vessel.

While the meat is cooking, chop the onions , ginger , garlic , green chillies , tomatoes , and mint leaves.

Take a non-stick pan, put 2 - tbsp oil. Add the chopped onions, ginger , garlic , green chillies. Fry till golden brown.

Add the tomatoes and stir fry till the tomatoes are soft.

Add the boiled minced meat , garam masala powder and mint leaves and cook till the mixture is dry.

Cut the sides of the bread , soak each slice of bread in water and squeeze it between your palms and fill the mixture of meat on the slice bread n roll it.

Continue doing it, untill all the slices are done.
keep the rolls in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

Deep fry the rolls till they are golden brown.

Serve hot with sauce of your choice.
