- Ingredients
- 750g mixed veg e.g. roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, cabbage and sprouts
- 150g cooked gammon or turkey
- 4 dollops of Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise (1 dollop is a level tablespoon of mayonnaise / 15ml)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp oil
- Great served with side salad.
- Serves 4-6
Preparation
Mash together the cold roast potatoes, parsnips, cooked carrots, cabbage and sprouts with a little
chopped gammon or turkey.
Mix the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise and egg together and bind together with the veg mix.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, fill with mixture and level off with
a spoon.
Fry over a moderate heat for 5 mins and then place under a moderate grill until golden brown. Turn out onto a serving dish.
